Kunal Kashyap (real name Sanjeev Kumar Lal Das) is a brother of Aditya (real name Manoj Kumar Lal Das) who lives in Pushp Vihar area, Delhi. Aditya is married and has 2 small kids. Kunal is a bachelor and works as a manager in a marriage bureau named Happy Marriage Bureau. After Kunal goes missing Aditya raised a complaint to the police (lead played by Aayam Mehta) that his brother is missing.

His office colleague tells police that he got the call from his boss and owner of marriage bureau Dhanraj Panday. Police investigate and finds that previous manager of the marriage bureau named Farhan is also missing from few months. Finally, police find dead body of Kunal.

Suraj (real name Deepak Kashyap) is a 12-year son of Manohar (real name Sushil Kashyap) a farmer and stepmother Rekha (real name Maya and played by Geetanjali Mishra). When Suraj was just 2 weeks old here real mother Amresh died and 4 years after her death Manohar married Rekha. The couple, Rekha and Manohar had 6 children during the past 7 years but none of them survived.

A day Suraj goes missing and later parent finds his dead body in a farm field.

He want to create his own gang so he plans to rob Vijay Bhatija (real name Vijay Bhatinja)- a well known builder who lives with his wife and daughter. He robs Vijay and finds some documents inside his suitcase. He blackmails 25 lac for these papers

Vijay is ready to pay but at the time of settlement police captures Anant. Anant get presentment of 1 year. After 1 year he comes back and hostages Vijay's wife, daughter and servent.
Mumbai police's Force warns anant to surrender.

Disha (played by Tanishq Rajan) is the 12-year-old adorable daughter of a retired constable from the Indian army and sister of Rohit (real name Navneet Jha). She is preparing for medical exams and attends coaching classes. Jay (real name Om Yadav and played by Sudeep Sarangi) lives at Dwarka and is a property dealer who has his shop very near to Disha's home at the Uttam Nagar area.

A man finds a big suitcase on Mumbai local train. That greedy man takes that bag with him assuming it will have some useful thing or money but once he opens the bag, he finds a female Dead Body inside that. 

The leaves the body as it is and runs away. Next day the police find the bag and start the investigation.

Somesh, (real name is Rajesh Gulati and portrayed by actor Mohit Chauhan), seeks a divorce from his wife Arundhati (real name is Anupma). The reason for the divorce is his previous marriage to another woman with whom he has two children, in addition to the two small children he has with Arundhati. The court mandates that Somesh pay 20,000 Rupees per month to his wife due to domestic violence. As the conflict between the couple intensifies, Somesh ultimately kills Arundhati.

Poonam (real name Priyanka Veniram and played by Parul Gulati) is a graphic designer who is engaged with Mayur, a charted accountant. Poonam suddenly goes missing saying that she has an extra class at her college at Gandhinagar. Her parents raise the FIR and police find her dead body in a sewer after 3 days investigation.
