Delhi Kidnapping Case

Ankita Sharma (played by Sonali Nikam) works as a waitress in a pub in Delhi. One night, while returning home from work, she gets kidnapped by a group of young men who had earlier argued with her at the pub. At that time, the pub was about to close, but the men were aggressively demanding food and beverages from Ankita.
After her kidnapping, Ankita’s husband and sister become terrified. Delhi Police immediately launch a search operation and begin tracking the kidnappers. Eventually, the police manage to chase and arrest them. Ankita is rescued safely, but she remains deeply traumatized by the horrifying incident.
This episode is based on a real incident reported on 25th July 2011 in Delhi. Delhi Police formed five separate teams for the rescue operation, and the woman was rescued within hours of her abduction along with the arrest of two kidnappers.
