Dr. Om Prakash Tiwari  is a Homeopath as well as a Congress worker in Sonbhadra District of UP. He tried to expose some malpractice committed about the fund of MNREGA scheme and was attacked by 2 times.

2nd time he was shot when he was returning to home from the market on his scooter. He got some minor injuries at his head in this attack and was Immediately taken to the hospital
