Their motive is to grab kids confidence and try to arranges clues how they came into begging mafia and who are their leaders. नॉन गवर्नमेंट आर्गेनाइजेशन सी सी ओ (चाइल्ड केयर आर्गेनाइजेशन) इस कोशिश में है की वो सड़क पर भीख मांगने वाले बच्चों के पीछे की सच्चाई जान सके. एन जी ओ ये जानना चाहता है की ये बच्चे अपनी मर्ज़ी से ये काम करते हैं या इसके पीछे कोई माफिया है. वो उन बच्चों के माँ बाप को ये कह कर मनाते हैं की वो इन बच्चो को मुफ्त शिक्षा देना चाहते हैं. उन बच्चों को पढ़ते पढ़ते वो ये जान जाते हैं की भीख मांगने का काम उनसे ज़बरदस्ती कराया जाता है. अब एन जी ओ कर्मी ये जाने की कोशिश करते हैं की इन सब के पीछे कौन है. वो पुलिस की मदद से माफिया के ठिकाने पर दबिश डालते हैं और सारे बच्चो को उनकी मालकिन दुर्गा के साथ गिरफ्तार करते हैं.
