Just few days after Nirbhaya case in Delhi, a couple accused his landlord for physically harassing wife Purnima Lalchand. Tenant Purnima and Rajesh Lalchand were living at a rented flat of Mr. Dinesh Gaur. Couple had three month overdue rent on them. A day when Dinesh Gaur asked purnima for all dues, purnima blamed him for harassing him and later couple raised an FIR against Dinesh Gaur. Police took strict action against him and later he spent near three months in jail.

The episode is based on a real incident took place just after 16 Dec Delhi Nirbhaya case. Landlord Rupkishor Agrawal (48) was accused for physically harassing tenant Chanchal, wife of Sunil Rathaur while Sunil was at work and her kids were in school. Rupkishor was owner of few other flats also. Khanjarana Square situated Shubh Labh residency was his main residence while the tenant was living at Mahadev Totla Nagar - Indore. According to the FIR, Agarwal took advantage of Chanchal's loneliness.

मध्य प्रदेश - ये केस निर्भया केस के कुछ दिन बाद ही मीडिया में आया था. राजेश लालचंद और पूर्णिमा लालचंद ने अपने मकानमालिक पर ये इलज़ाम लगाया था की उन्होंने पूर्णिमा के अकेलेपन का फायदा उठाया है. पूर्णिमा-राजेश का कई महीनो को किराया बाकी था. मकानमालिक दिनेश गौर जब एक दिन उनके यहाँ किराया मांगने गए उस समय पूर्णिमा अकेली थी. उन्होंने पूर्णिमा से पहले तो बहस की उसके बाद उसके साथ ज़बरदस्ती सम्बन्ध बनाये. राजेश उस समय अपने काम पर था. उसके बाद उसने तुरंत राजेश को फ़ोन किया और राजेश के वापस आ जाने पर उनदोनों ने दिनेश गौर के खिलाफ ऍफ़ आई आर लिखवा दी. पुलिस ने दिनेश गौर को हिरासत में लिया और कड़ी कार्यवाही की. इसके बाद दिनेश गौर को तीन महीने से ज़यादा जेल में बिनाने पड़े.

ये कहानी दिल्ली निर्भया केस के तुरंत बाद इंदौर में हुई एक सत्य घटना पर आधारित है. मकान मालिक रूपकिशोर अग्रवाल को अपनी किरायदार चंचल को शारीरिक रूप से प्रताड़ित करने के केस में आरोपी ठहराया गया था. चंचल और उसका पति सुनील राठोड़ रूपकिशोर के महादेव टोला स्थित फ्लैट में रहते थे जबकि रूपकिशोर के मुख्या निवास खंजरना स्क्वायर स्थित शुभ लाभ रेसीडेंसी था. रिपोर्ट के अनुसार रूपकिशोर ने चंचल को तब प्रताड़ित करने की कोशिश की जब वो घर पे अकेली थी. सुनील अपने कम पे घर से बाहर था और बच्चे स्कूल गए हुए थे. रूपकिशोर ने चंचल को अकेला पाकर उनका फायदा उठाया.
