Four kids of a village in Varanasi are living in a graveyard near their parent’s graves. They have their own home still villages forced then to live there after the death of their mother and father. Their real uncle is also responsible for their shifting to the graveyard. Why the innocent kids are living there? What crime did they make, villagers boycotted them!

The incident comes into light when a block-level government official Deepti who is related to the population census, visits that village and observes that four kids who are alive but their names are not there in the voter list. She comes to know that their parents died of AIDS and they are forced to live near their parent’s graveyard. Villagers threw then to the graveyard because they are afraid of being caught by the same disease. Villager thinks that this epidemic disease will spread over the entire village and everyone will die. Deepti is also shocked to know that those children never went through any medical test for HIV but villager directly boycotted them. It's just their thinking that their father-mother was HIV positive, so they will also be.

Deepti tells this story to her son Ashish who is a generalist. Ashish visits that village and meets those kids. Eldest kid Rehan explains to him how they were boycotted by their uncle and villagers. Ashish publishes this news in a newspaper. Everyone, including state government, shocks to know the story.

बात मीडिया और सरकार से सामने तब आती है जब उनके बार में एक ब्लाक लेवल की जनगणना से जुडी कार्यकर्ता दीप्ति उस गाँव में वोटर्स का विवरण लेने आती है. उसको पता चलता है की एक परिवार जिसमे माँ-बाप की मौत हो चुकी है, उनके चार बच्चे एक कब्रिस्तान में अपने अम्मी-अब्बू की कब्र के पास रहते हैं. वो जब पता करती है तो पता चलता है की उन लोगों के माँ-बाप की मौत एड्स की वजह से हुई थी. और इसी वजह से उनके बच्चों को भी गाँव वालों ने घर से निकल दिया गया क्यों की सबको डर था की ये खतरनाक बीमारी सारे गाँव में फ़ैल जाएगी और सबसे चौकाने वाली बात ये सामने आती है की इन बच्चों का कोई मेडिकल टेस्ट नहीं करवाया गया है और चूँकि उनके माँ-बाप को एड्स था, इस वजह से गाँव वालों को यकीन है की ये बीमारी माँ-बाप से बच्चों में भी आई ही होगी.

दीप्ति को ये जानने के बाद ताज्जुब होता है और वो ये बात अपने पत्रकार बेटे आशीष को बताती है. उसका बेटा उन बच्चों से मिलने जाता है और फिर उसके बाद एक आर्टिकल न्यूज़ पेपर में निकलता है. खबर मीडिया में आने के बाद हडकंप मच जाता है.
