Yogesh Tiwari is a medical shop owner who runs his shop with full honesty. He lives with his wife Parvati and two kids Kajal and Ayush. Kajal and Ayush are in same school and goes school together but Ayush goes his coaching classes alone in the evening. An evening he does not return from coaching. Parvati starts worrying and calls Yogesh and informs him that Ayush did not reach home yet and phone is also switched off. Yogesh asks his coaching center also but they also responds that Ayush left his coaching on time.

After trying number of times, someone else picks Yogesh's call and tells him to arrange a ransom of three lac rupees.

योगेश तिवारी एक मेडिकल शॉप चलता है और अपने अच्छे व्यवहार की वजह से अच्छी कमाई कर रहा है। उसके घर में उसके अलावा उसकी पत्नी और दो बच्चे काजल और आयुष हैं। आयुष और काजल साथ में ही स्कूल आते-जाते हैं मगर शाम को आयुष ट्यूशन अकेले जाता है। एक शाम आयुष ट्यूशन के बाद घर वापस नहीं लौटता है तो योगेश और उसकी पत्नी पार्वती दोनों चिंतित हो उठते हैं। कोचिंग में पता लगाने पर पता चलता है की आयुष अपनी टाइम पर ही कोचिंग आया था और टाइम पर ही वापस भी लौट गया था।

आयुष का फ़ोन भी बंद आ रहा है मगर काफी देर तक ट्राई करते रहने के बाद उसका फ़ोन कोई और आदमी उठता है जो की योगेश से तीन लाख रूपए फिरौती की मांग करता है।
