Case 3/2017
Farmer Dinesh Paswan is brutally murdered by the Shukla gang because he did not pay extortion money to them. Siblings Rajiv and Mukesh Shukla are the founder of this gang and are wanted in the murder case of Paswan. Paswan's father is the main witness in the case but they kill him along with his wife early morning while 2 police constable was also allocated to protect them. Now police trigger their investigation to capture Shukla brothers but they are still away from them.
Gaurav is also a farmer in the village and Veeru is his younger brother. A day while he is working at his farm Mukesh Shukla comes and warns him to pay him 10 lac till tomorrow morning otherwise he would have to pay for this. Gaurav shares this with his family and decides to report it to the police. Veeru is suggesting he not to pay any extortion money otherwise they goons will keep on coming to harras them. The next morning Gaurav tells police that Shukla's brother is targeting him. Shukla is now on alert but after few days they shoot Gaurav in the day board light in the market in front of his mother.
After this murder, Veeru decides to take revenge from them and takes some advice from his friend Prabhakar Bhaiya. After a few days, a gang of few people finds that place where the Shukla gang is residing. All of a sudden they reach there and shoots Rajiv Shukla and few of his companions dead. Mukesh Shukla succeeds to escape from the place but his one leg is badly injured because of the bullet. Later he gets caught by police.
Mukesh is in jail but in the mean time, two guys enter into Gaurav-Veeru's home while Veeru is at her farm with his father. They guys shoot her mother, sister along three constables who were there to protect the family. In this shootout Veeru's mother, sister, and two constables die, the third constable is unconscious and fourth was already left to the farm with Veeru. Mukesh is shocked to know that who took his revenge from Veeru's family without informing him.

दिनेश पासवान एक किसान है जिसकी खुलेआम हत्या कर दी गई थी क्यों की उसने राजीव शुक्ला और मुकेश शुक्ला को अपनी आमदनी से रुपये अदा नहीं किये थे। बीरनपुर उत्तर प्रदेश में दो भाइयों द्वारा बनाई गई ये एक गैंग तेज़ी से मशहूर हो गई है क्युकी इनका काम है लोगों से वसूली करना और जो उसने रुपये न अदा करे उसकी हत्या कर देना। पासवान के पिता उसकी मृत्यु के चश्मदीद गवाह है जिन्होंने देखा था की ये हत्या राजीव शुक्ला ने की थी इसलिए इस हत्या के बाद पुलिस के दो कांस्टेबल की ड्यूटी उनके घर के बाहर चौबीस घंटे के लिए लगाई गई है मगर एक सुबह पुलिस की ही लापरवाही से यही शुक्ला बंधू दोनों बूढ़े माँ-बाप की भी गोलियों से भून कर हत्या कर देते हैं।
इस वारदात के बाद से इलाके में शान्ति है और पुलिस शुक्ला बंधुओं को ढूंढने में लगी है मगर अभी तक कोई सफलता हाथ नहीं आई है। गौरव भी इसी गाँव का एक किसान हैं। एक दिन मुकेश शुक्ला उसके खेत में आकर गौरव को ये धमकी देता है की कल सुबह तक वो शुक्ला बंधुओं को दस लाख रूपया पंहुचा दे वरना वो गौरव को जान से मार देगा। गौरव ये बात अपने घर पे बताता है और उसके पिता रूपया देने को तैयार हैं क्यों की वो जानते हैं की मुकेश और राजीव शुक्ला ने किस तरह से दिनेश पासवान और उसकी पूरे परिवार का खात्मा कर दिया था। गौरव को सोचने का समय चाहिए की क्या किया जाए मगर छोटा भी वीरू कह रहा है की पैसा देना गलत है और इससे इन लोगों के हौसले और बुलंद हो जाएंगे और फिर दोनों को आये दिन मुह मांगी कीमत देते रहना पड़ेगा।
अगली सुबह गौरव शुक्ला बंधुओं को रुपये देने के बजाये पुलिस स्टेशन जाकर पुलिस को सूचित कर देता है। गौरव रुपये देने से तो बच जाता है मगर इसके एवज में राजीव और मुकेश शुक्ला एक दिन दिनदहाड़े उसकी उसकी माँ के सामने गोली मार कर हत्या कर देते हैं।
गौरव की हत्या के बाद वीरू शुक्ला बंधुओं से बदला लेने की ठानता है और इसके लिए वो अपने एक दोस्त प्रभाकर भैया से सलाह मशवरा लेता है। ये सब होने के कुछ ही दिन बाद एक खुफिया ठिकाने पर जहाँ की दोनों शुक्ला बंधू छिपे हैं, कुछ लोगों की गैंग अचानक पहुच कर ताबड़तोड़ गोलियां दागना शुरू कर देती है जिसके फलस्वरूप राजीव शुक्ला की तत्काल मौत हो जाती है और मुकेश शुक्ला भागने में सफल हो जाता है।
कुछ दिन बाद मुकेश शुक्ला को पुलिस गिरफ्तार कर लेती है मगर इसके बावजूद भी दो हमलावर वीरू-गौरव के घर में घुस कर उसकी माँ और बहन की हत्या करते हैं साथ ही उनके घर के बहार तैनात चार पुलिस कर्मियों में से तीन की हत्या कर के भाग जाते हैं। अब मुकेश शुक्ला को ये समझ नहीं आरहा है की उसके अलावा कौन हो सकता है जिसने इस हत्याकांड को अंजाम दिया है!
