Journalist Pooja Tiwari (shown as Neha Bisht and played by Suniddhi Chauhan) was hailing from Indore, MO and she was working at Noida's DNA News from 2014. While working there she was residing at Sector 46, Faridabad which is also near Faridabad's Surajkund Area. She was staying there on a rented flat and she got this flat with the help of Inspector Amit Vashishth who was a part Haryana police.
On the night of 2nd May 2016, she was there with Amit Vashishth and her roommate Afreen. That was near 11 pm when the security guard of the society hear a scream of a woman along with falling some heavy objects on the ground. He immediately ran towards that place and found that a girl is lying on the pool of blood. few people who knew the girl well recognize her that she is reporter Pooja Tiwari.
इंदौर की रहने वाली जर्नलिस्ट पूजा तिवारी दिल्ली से पब्लिश होने वाले एक इंग्लिश न्यूज पेपर DNA मे रिपोर्टर के तौर पे काम करती थी। इस अखबार मे वो पिछले 3 साल से काम कर रही थी। दिल्ली के अखबार मे काम करते हुए वो फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर 46 के सद्भावना अपार्टमेंट मे किराये पर रहती थी और ये फ्लैट उसको हरियाणा पुलिस मे कार्यरत अमित वशिष्ठ की सहायता से मिला था.

2 मई 2016 की रात लगभग 11 बजे पूजा के साथ इन्स्पेक्टर अमित वशिष्ठ और उसके साथ न्यूज पेपर मे काम करने वाली आफ़रीन मौजूद थी। रात 11 बजे अपार्टमेंट के सिक्युरिटी गार्ड को कैसी महिला की चीख के साथ किसी भारी चीज के गिरने की आवाज सुनाई दी जिसके बाद वो उसी तरफ भागा जहां से वो आवाज आई थी और अपार्टमेंट के नीचे ओपन एरिया मे एक लड़की को खून से लथपथ पड़े देखा। वो बुरी तरह से घबरा गया और शोर मचा कर और लोगों को भी बुलाया। इकट्ठा हुए कुछ लोगों मे से कुछ लोग इस महिला को पहचानते थे की वो रिपोर्टर पूजा तिवारी है। उसी समय 100 नंबर पे काल कर के पुलिस को बुलाया लिया गया था।
