Shagun wants to adopt a child, but she is murdered before she can. That evening, she finds her husband with another woman. She feels devastated and, after arguing with both of them, returns home.

Later that night, when her husband, Anand, comes back home from the office, he finds Shagun dead on the bed. Shagun has been killed by having her throat slit.

The police's first suspicion falls on Shagun's husband, Anand, but the truth turns out to be something entirely different.

शगुन एक बच्ची को गोद लेना चाहती है मगर उससे पहले ही उसकी मृत्यु हो जाती है। उस शाम को वो अपने पति को एक दूसरी महिला के साथ पाती है। उसको बहुत खराब लगता है और दोनों से लड़ाई करने के बाद वापस घर आ जाती है।

उसी रात को उसका पति ऑफिस से लौट कर जब घर के अंदर पहुंचता है तो बेड पर शगुन को मारा हुआ पाता है। शगुन को गला काट कर मारा गया है।

पुलिस का पहला शक शगुन के पति आनंद पर है मगर सच्चाई कुछ और ही निकल कर सामने आती है।
