Middle aged man Prakash Yadav has a beauty saloon in Lucknow where few girls a working. Prakash always looking for a chance to molest them. All of them comes from middle class families and none of them wants to quit job because their payouts are good.

An evening Prakash suddenly disappears. His missing complaint is lodged but no clue was found. After two days few kids finds a cut off ear in a field where they were playing. This place Bachhrawan is 200 Kms away from Lucknow. When police comes they also finds another ear and nose in the same area. Now they finds dead body as well whose private part also cut off. When police starts matching records they confirms that he is Prakash Yadav.

एक शाम अचानक प्रकाश गायब हो जाता है. उसकी मिस्सिंग कंप्लेन लिखवाई जाती है मगर कोई सुराग नहीं मिलता. दो दिन बाद लखनऊ से दो सौ किलोमीटर दूर बछरावां में एक मैदान में खेलते हुए बच्चों को इंसान का एक कटा कान पड़ा दिखाई देता है. पुलिस को बुलाया जाता है तो पुलिस को एक और कान और नाक कटी मिलती है. जगह की छानबीन करने पर पुलिस को लाश मिलती है जिसका गुप्तांग भी कटा हुआ है. पुलिस जब रिकार्ड्स मिलाती है तो पता चलता है की ये लाश प्रकाश यादव की ही है.

Kolhapur is struck with terror by a chain snatcher gang. They are doing their activity fearlessly in public. Till now police is not able to trace them and after number of cases police increases their patrolling in the city.

Two bikers flee after an incident. A police inspector is trying to chase them but he fails. Later same police inspector finds two guys Shekhar and Prasad are harassing a Bhelpuri seller. Police inspector thinks they guys might come from the same gang so they arrest them for inquiry. After some questioning police separate them and start questioning again. Shekhar tells police that he is just a student and they both were just making fun of that peddler. He also tells police that Prasad has left studies and he does not do anything. Now police trap Prasad. He tells him that Shekhar has told everything about him, so now it's his turn, to tell the truth. Scared Prasad tells police that he is innocent while Shekhar came back to Kolhapur a few days back after committing a murder in Pune. It was totally shocking news for Police so now police starts interrogating Shekhar.

Another story of lust, brutality and hooliganism in our country. The case puts a question mark on what we learned after the Nirbhaya case! Since that was a case of Delhi where people are so aware that from the start of the incident the case was covered by media, but do you know these kinds of cases have become a usual thing in small cities and villages!

Story of Vidya, who became a victim of five men’s lust. They kidnapped her, had fun with her, again kidnapped her and put her on a railway track and finally burnt her. The daughter of a member of the taxi driver’s union was harassed several times by local goons. After her kidnap and attack, the family filed FIR at the police station but police took it lightly. Her family still saying, the case could have been tackled if the police would have taken their responsibility on time. They never took any strong action against the men since they filed the first FIR. Police also lied that the family’s second FIR was just of molestation, not the actual crime. Police wrote the FIR was in Bangla which could not be well understood by the family.

After she burnt, when family members requested hospital doctors to allow them to transfer her another hospital, the doctor said they will not be responsible if anything wrong happens during the transfer. She was kept in a hospital that did not have a Burn Unit. According to the police, the girl was pregnant when she was burnt. Kolkata police’s initial guess was she tried to do su!c!de, but after her statement, it was revealed that she was attacked by two men who put kerosene on her burned her. She was 80% burned.

During Feb the case was handed over to DIG, CID Damyanti Sen. Justice Dipankar Dutta also allowed her to select her own team to monitor the investigation at every stage. For your information, IPS Damyanti Sen also solved the Park Street case of a middle-aged woman who was an ex-call center employee at Kolkata (Rita Gomez Case).

पश्चिम बंगाल के गाँव रुई बागची के पांच गुंडे जिनकी गुंडागर्दी के साए में पूरा गाँव जी रहा है. अपने बाबा की सुबह की चाय के लिए दूध लेने घर से निकली विद्या इनके गंदे इरादों का शिकार हो जाती है. विद्या के घर वाले उसकी गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट पुलिस थाने में लिखवाते हैं मगर पुलिस वाले इसको गंभीरता से नहीं लेते. कुछ गाँव के बताने पर विद्या बहुत ही ख़राब हालत में एक खेत में मिलती है.

रात को FIR दज करने के बाद जब विद्या अपने घर लौट रही होती है तो एक बार फिर वही गुंडे उसे उसके माता पिता के सामने एक बार फिर उठा कर ले जाते हैं. बिरजू नाम का युवक उसे फिर अपनी हवस का शिकार बनता है. जब वो बेहोश हो जाती है तो वो लोग उसे एक रेलवे ट्रैक पर छोड़ आते हैं. विद्या रेलवे पुलिस द्वारा बचा ली जाती है. मीडिया और लोगों के दबाव के बाद पांचो अपराधियों को पुलिस गिरफ्तार कर लेती है.

विद्या के घर को पुलिस सुरक्षा मिलती है मगर घर के बाहर निकलने पर उन लोगों को केस वापस लेने के लिए धमकियाँ मिलनी शुरू हो जाती हैं. विद्या के घर वाले डरे हुए हैं और मजबूरी में स्थिति से दूर चले जाने का मन बनाते हैं और गाँव छोड़ कर विद्या के मामा के यहाँ चले जाते हैं, मगर कुछ समय बाद वहां भी उन लोगों को धमकियाँ मिलने लगती है और आखिरकार विद्या पर एक बार और आखिरी हमला होता है.

Poornima is is one among her three sisters. She lives with her father in village Sheerampur in Maharashtra. She gets trapped in a dance institute named Rangoli Dance Institute. On the other hand, Fauziya is a social worker who also teaches girls in Seva Uddhar Sanstha. A day she gets call from Poornima who calls her from a unknown number. She tells Fauziya that she is in big trouble and she is calling through her dance academy's security guard's number.

Mohan Kumar, CEO of Sethupathy Textiles, Chennai gets a call from Diana Susan (Actress Leena Maria Paul portrayed by Shruti Chandna) who tells herself secretary of IAS Narain Rao (real name Chandrashekhar), also a director of project development Karnataka. She tells Mohan that he is heading the project development department and offers him a huge contract of Rupee 40 Crore. Narain wants to know if Mohan is interested in the project or not. Mohan is convinced and fills up all details regarding the money deposit and bank details. Diana asks Mohan to deposit money in the name of Narain Rao in the National People's Bank. Diana gives a time duration of 4 months and during these four months, Mohan deposits 92 lac rupees in Narain Rao's bank account. After the last deposit of Rupee 11 lac, he is not able to get in touch with Diana.

General Manager Rajeshwar checks the website of the Karnataka government and finds that there is no Project Development Department. They both are shocked to see this and travel to Bangalore to investigate. The Principal Secretary of State informs them that there is no IAS officer named Narain Rao in the Karnataka state and no Project Development department. Chennai government gives the responsibility for this case to the crime branch.

मोहन प्रोजेक्ट में रूपए लगाने को राज़ी हो जाता है और सभी ओप्चारिकतायें पूरी कर लेता है. डायना उसे बताती है की उसे रुपये नारायण राव की अकाउंट में डालने होंगे जो की नेशनल पीपुल बैंक है. उसके पास चार महीने का समय होगा. चार महीने होते होते मोहन नारायण राव के एकाउंट में 92 लाख रूपये डाल देता है. 11 लाख के आखिरी डिपोजिट के बाद वो जब डायना को कॉल करता है तो उसकी कॉल नहीं लगती है. वो काफी बार अलग अलग नंबरों पे कोशिश करता है मगर नाकाम रहता है. मोहन का जनरल मैनेजर राजेश्वर कर्णाटक सरकार की वेबसाइट देखता है तो पता चलता है की कर्णाटक सरकार में कोई प्रोजेक्ट डेवलपमेंट डिपार्टमेंट नहीं है. वो दोनों लोग बैंगलोर पहुचते है. वहां उनको पता चलता है की पूरे कर्णाटक राज्य में नारायण राव का कोई आईएएस नहीं है. उन दोनों के अनुरोध पे कर्णाटक सरकार इस केस का जिम्मा क्राइम ब्रांच को देते हैं.

Crime Patrol | MBA… Shame…BA: Education related racket busted by Mumbai Crime Branch (Episode 284, 285 on August 17, 18 2013)

Based on fraud of a education related racket which was exposed by Mumbai crime branch during May 2013. The scam was exposed at Mumbai-based Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) University which conducts NMAT (Narsee Monjee Management Aptitude Test) for their MBA programs.

The university staff got attention when the candidates got top numbers in their written test but performed bad during their group discussion and personal interviews. Management of NMIMS reported this to Crime Branch Mumbai and during the start of their investigation they realized that there might be a loop-hole in the written test process and a dummy candidate can appear in the test besides the original one.

Interrogating the victim (student) told that during their coaching classes, the coaching in-charge introduced him another person who was a career counsellor and he encourages the students to get admitted in NMIMS through management quota which will cost them 20 lac rupees. Also they will not be require to attend the written test and they will directly get call for they GD and personal interview sessions.
