SHAITAAN A CRIMINAL MIND (EPISODE 52)
Sujata Mane (real name Shakuntala Chavan, 70), a senior citizen is living
with her husband who is paralyzed. She owes a 5 story building and his grandson
Jayesh lives in the same building on the ground floor. Jayesh is forcing her to
transfer the 3rd floor of the building on his name, but because of his rude
behavior, she is not willing to do so.
To spend her life Sujata Mane cooks food at some homes, and it is her only
income.
Brother of journalist Mahesh Awasthi shocked to see that Mahesh's and his entire
family was killed in their home.

Amreen (real name Abida Khatun, 40), a widow is living with her 2
daughters (Saabiya, 11 and Aaliya, 7) in Dharavi. 27 year old Shakeel
(real name Esteeyak Khan, 27) in the neighborhood gets marry with Amreen.
He is working at a factory near the residence. After marrying Amreen, Shakeel
forces Amreen to sell his Dharavi home, which costs near 9 lack, because he
wants to settle in his home town at UP.
He brings his wife to U.P. and daughters to Kolkata and kills them.
SHAITAAN A CRIMINAL MIND (EPISODE 45)
The episode unveils story of young former MDLR flight attendant Geetika Sharma
su!c!de case. Geetika hanged herself on 5th Aug 2012 after getting too much
harassment from Gopal Kanda.
Gopal Goyal Kanda was born on 29 December 1965 in Sirsa, Haryana, India.
In 1997, Kanda moved to Gurgaon where he went into the real estate business. He
later became a party worker for the INLD party and an aide to Om Prakash
Chautala who became Chief Minister of Haryana in 1998 after the INLD won the
elections. INLD lost the 2005 general elections in Haryana[citation needed] and
Kanda started building relationships with Indian National Congress (INC) party
leaders.
During the 2009 election campaigning, Gopal's opponents alleged him of using
money power.
Kanda launched MDLR Airlines in 2007. The initials were those of his father,
Murli Dhar, and son, Lakh Ram. MDLR shut down in 2009 and in October 2010 became
a part of Emirates Airlines.
Geetika Sharma, a former air hostess with MDLR, committed su!c!de on 5 August
2012 and in her su!c!de note she accused Kanda of harassment. Allegations have
been made that before her su!c!de Kanda sent a letter to Emirates saying that
she had been a poor employee and had defaulted on a loan, and her family said
that he had sent her threatening e-mails using several identities. Kanda has
denied the allegations and stated that he had encouraged Sharma by sponsoring
her on an MBA course. He also said ""She was also made the chairman of the trust
which managed an international school at Sirsa."
Following the incident Kanda resigned from the post of home minister in Haryana.
Delhi Police, later booked Kanda for abetting Sharma’s su!c!de.
Sharma wrote two su!c!de notes. Sharma had alleged that Gopal Goyal was having
an illicit relationship with another woman Ankita with whom he has a child.
Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, said that his former minister not
helping the police in the su!c!de probe is "unfair".
On 7 August 2012 India TV [14] published the su!c!de note that Geetika wrote
before she committed su!c!de.
As of 23 August 2012 he was in police custody, and an employee of his that
Geetika had also accused of harassment was in judicial custody. Charges include
abetting her su!c!de, criminal conspiracy and criminal intimidation, and sending
false electronic messages.

On 15 February 2013 Geetika's mother, Anuradha Sharma also committed su!c!de.
She chose the same method of su!c!de and left a su!c!de note at the same place
as her daughter.

Based on 2006 incident of New Delhi where a daughter
Niti Sarin who held for killing and fabricating property documents to
sell them. Niti sentenced 7 years of jail by Delhi court in 2013.
Niti's father S S Marwah (75), a businessman was resident of
East Of Kailash and went missing during May, 2006. She also lodged a
missing complain at Lajpat Nagar Police Station. Before this,
Niti's husband mysteriously disappeared in 2004.
Niti was only daughter and a spoiled daughter of her father. After her husband
went missing she came in contact with Gulfam Ahmed. Niti was disappointed of his
father bequeathed his property in favour of his grandchildren (Niti’s children)
so she conspired with co-convict Gulfam to fabricate the Power of Attorney
purportedly issued by her father in her name for the purpose of usurping his
property and succeeded in her ill design.
"This circumstance makes the offence of fabrication of Power of Attorney
all the more heinous. The whereabouts of S S Marwah are not known till date,
although, for lack of evidence, she has been acquitted on the charge of
patricide of her septuagenarian father"

Rubain is a football player who raises an FIR of his missing wife Zubaida
(played by Amrapali Dubey). He met Zubaida (real name Shahnaz first time
in Super market and Zubaida was working as a sales girl there. That was a first
sight love. Rubain proposes her and soon they get marry.
They are living happily but a day Rubain's best friend Shruti comes and Zubaida
does not like the way they both are taking to each-other. Zubaida asks Rubain
about there relation but Rubain says that it is just a friends ship. After this
event, a day zubaida goes missing.
Raising FIR reveals that Zubaida was already married with several guy and flees

A Swedish model is living with his friend Meenal also is in touch with a drug
mafia leader Francis. Meenal stops Kim to make distance with them as they are
dangerous people. They kill their enemy by giving them overdose of drug. Police
is also with them so no one can stop them. Kim doesn't take care of these things
and continues her relation with Francis. Meenal also dies in the same
circumstances and of overdose of drugs. Kim is shocked and takes a vow to teach
them a lesson.
Based on drug mafia leader named Yaniv Benaim aka Atala and
Swedish girl Lucky Farmhouse, who was in live in relation with
Atala. Lucky used a Spycam to expose her boyfriend Yaniv Benaim's links
with the Goa police says she has enough evidence to establish a nexus between
the police and Goa's notorious drug mafia. She puts whole recording on the

The story focuses girls trafficking in small villages near Alwar (Rajasthan)
etc. How a school teacher exposes the racket where girls were sending out of
India for business.
The racket used to kidnap girls under 7 to 8 year old and were injecting with
the growth hormone named Oxytoxin, which is a hormone that is given to the
animals like cow and buffalos so that they will become more productive. The
racket was running in two villages Girwas and Sodawas, where the kidnapped girls
were sheltered in different houses and then sold.
"Oxytocin adversely affects growth hormones especially in females because of
which minor girls attain early puberty," said Dr Rahul Kumar, pharmacologist
with Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University, Lucknow.
