The story begins with an encounter in a hotel in Ghaziabad, in which a gangster named Santosh Singh Solanki (played by Gyanendra Tripathi) is killed. Santosh Solanki was a talented student who aspired to become a lawyer. His elder brother, Mandeep, and father, Ramavatar, both worked in the police department.
One day, Santosh gets into a fight with a gangster named Lokendra, who attacks him with a knife. Lokendra wants to grab a piece of land belonging to Santosh's family, and as a result, he had previously arranged for the killing of Santosh's younger brother. After the attack on Santosh, Lokendra goes into hiding.
Santosh recovers after two months, but his family is still living in fear. He decides to take matters into his own hands and eventually kills Lokendra. After taking revenge, Santosh enters the world of crime himself.
Santosh's stature grows day by day, and one day he meets a girl named Dolly Saxena (played by Diya Makhija), who aspires to become an actress. In a short time, Dolly becomes Santosh's girlfriend, and on the day of Santosh's encounter, she is with him.
The news of Santosh's encounter creates a sensation in the police department, and the administration begins to suspect that the encounter was staged.
The story is based on the fake encounter of a criminal named Sandeep Gadoli
in Gurgaon. Sandeep Gadoli was the leader of the Gadoli gang, notorious for
crimes such as robbery, land grabbing, and contract killings. Sandeep's name
came into the spotlight when he was encountered by the Gurgaon Police in a
hotel in Mumbai. The police claimed that he had been hiding in Mumbai after
committing various crimes in Haryana.
