Brother of journalist Mahesh Awasthi shocked to see that Mahesh's and his entire family was killed in their home.

Police inspector Pathan takes initiative to solve the murder mystery but investigation reveals that Mahesh was also involved in a Child Kidnapping case in which the child was released by kidnappers without paying any ransom. Investigation also reveals that he was working on a article on Coal Mafia.

Based on sensational murder of journalist Chandrika Rai and his family in Umaria, Madhya Pradesh.
