धमतरी के रहने वाले राकेश यादव इक्साइज़ डिपार्ट्मन्ट मे काम करते थे। उनके छोटे से परिवार मे पत्नी ममता, बेटी आँचल और बेटा सिद्धार्थ थे। दोनों बच्चों मे बेटी बड़ी थी। आँचल एक इंग्लिश मीडीयम स्कूल से पढ़ी थी और ग्रैजूएशन के बाद उसने एक इन्श्योरेन्स कंपनी मे काम करना शुरू कर दिया था। आँचल ग्लैमरस थी और इसी वजह से वो इसका फायदा भी उठाती थी। 2014 मे उसने फॉरेस्ट डिपार्ट्मन्ट के एक रेंजर के साथ अपनी अश्लील सीडी बना कर उसको ब्लैक्मैल करना शुरू कर दिया था। वो रेंजर चालाक था। वो आँचल की ब्लैकमेलिंग के जाल मे नहीं फंसा और उसने आँचल के ही खिलाफ पुलिस कम्प्लैन्ट कर दी जिसकी वजह से आँचल को कुछ दिन जेल मे रहना पड़ा था।

बेटी की इस तरह की हरकतों की वजह से ही उसके पिता की सदमे से मृत्यु हो गई थी। इस वाकये के बाद वो रायपुर की वीआईपी कालोनी मे एक किराये के बंगले मे रहने लगी थी और उसने एक लक्ज़री कार भी ले रखी थी। वो कभी कभी धमतरी भी जाती रहती थी। आँचल का भाई सिद्धार्थ टैक्सी चलाता था।

आफताब नाम का एक शख्स कहीं से एक रिवॉल्वर खरीदता है और अपनी पत्नी नामिता के साथ मिल कर एक डबल मर्डर को अंजाम देता है। हत्या जे.एम पेंट्स के मालिक हरीश जयसवाल और उसके ऑफिस में काम करने वाली एक महिला की नाबालिग लड़की राधिका की हुई है।

छानबीन से पता चलता है की राधिका रोज़ ऑफिस से सवा छह के आसपास निकल जाती थी मगर उसदिन वो रात साढ़े आठ बजे तक ऑफिस में थी जब उसकी और हरीश की हत्या हुई। हरीश ज़्यादातर आठ बजे तक ऑफिस में रुकने के बाद ऑफिस जाता था मगर राधिका उसदिन क्यों इतनी देर तक क्यों रुकी ये एक शक करने वाली बात थी। हत्यारे हत्या करने के बाद ऑफिस में रखा कैश भी लूट कर ले गए इसका मतलब ये था की हत्यारे ऑफिस लूटने के मकसद से ही आये थे और उनको इस जानकारी पहले से थी की ऑफिस में कैश रहता है।

Crime Patrol | Bonded Labors: Contractor Kailash chops off labor's hands (Episode 379, 380 on 7, 8 June 2014)

Village Chakrapada, Orrisa.
Affected by poverty, the villagers are seeking alternative options. They meet brokers Gopal and Karan, who promise them better work in Raipur. Raman, Debashish, Urvashi, Vikas, Sampat, Chirag, Adinath, Makrand, Damini, Radhika, and Poonam agree to go to Raipur with Gopal and Karan. The brokers take them to Kundarmal, where they are handed over to contractor Kailash. Kailash pays each laborer twenty thousand rupees, with Gopal and Karan taking five thousand each as commission. They assure the villagers that they will send their earnings home.

Kailash then takes them to a brick kiln, but there is no immediate work available. Satya, whom Kailash meets there, arranges for them to work in Hyderabad. Satya buys train tickets for them, surprising them with the destination, as they know it's far from their village. Despite their concerns, Satya insists they board the train because they've already been paid.

During the journey, while Satya is asleep, they quietly disembark at an unknown station. They decide to split up and take different routes. Debashish, Raman, Urvashi, and her son Vikas board a train back to Raipur. When Debashish and Raman go to check the train schedule upon arrival in Raipur, they are apprehended by Kailash's men.

Sunil Kohli (real name Vaibhav Saini and played by Ayaz Ahmed - contestant in MTv Roadies) recently completed his engineering and now he is looking for a job. He is the only son of his parents. A day he leaves his home saying that he has to attend his friend's sister's engagement. The night passes, he doesn't come back. Next morning a man finds a dead body of a 22-23 year boy near nanoor kheda area. Police investigate and gets Sunil's cell phone. They call his parents and informs that their boy is now dead.

Postmortem report reveals that Sunil died because of a poisonous injection which is injected by a well-experienced person. Investigating call records explains that all matter was handled by Dr Umang Khurana.
