असल में मुक्ति और रौनक़ एक शादी में एक दूसरे से मिले थे और फिर एक दूसरे से प्यार करने लगे थे मगर इन दोनो की शादी कभी नहीं हो पाई क्यूँ की दोनो के ही घर वाले इस शादी की राज़ी नहीं थे क्यूँकि ये दोनो रिश्ते में एक दूसरे के भाई-बहन लगते थे. इसके बाद मुक्ति की भावेश से शादी हो गई और रौनक़ की अदिति से. एक महीने पहले ही रौनक़ और अदिति का तलाक़ हुआ है तभी रौनक़ अब वापस मुक्ति के पास आया है.

दोनो फिर से एक ख़ुशहाल ज़िंदगी जीना चाहते हैं और इसके लिए रौनक़ भावेश की हत्या का प्लान बनाता है.

News of mysterious murders are coming from different places of country. Killer is killing ladies in a same manner and looks like a serial killer. He is killing only married women while they are wearing their wedding dress and all these crimes are happening between 7-8 months of gap. All the women dies of Potassium Cyanide and their all ornaments are missing.

Story is based on India's first Lady Serial Killer K. D. Kempanna alias Mallika. She did her first crime during 1999 when she killed a woman outskirt of Bangalore and before she caught in 2007, killed total six women between 1999 and 2007. Her modus operandi was to show herself as a very pious woman which is very well acquainted and religious. She becomes friendly with the victims who belonging to wealthy families. She used to gain their confidence that be following some rituals recommended by her, they will overcome their sufferings. She brings them to some temple of dharmshala which is far from their home. Then during ritualistic worship she would mix potassium cyanide in their drinking water or food. After they dies, they flees with their valuables.

History:
Mallika had a small chit-fund business and was not living with her family and none of her family member was involved in these murders. She used to work as maid at some places and were arrested by police when she tried to rob some jewellery from a home while performing rituals. She was sent to jail for 1 year after this event and this was the reason she was thrown out of her home by her husband.Her husband was a tailor and she is a mother of a son and two daughters. Her one daughter had done diploma in fashion designing while other one was doing MA when she was arrested. Mallika used to change her name after every killing. Her last victim was Bangalore's Nagveni whome she killed during 2007.

Veena (real name Manjula) a Ahemdabad based woman comes to police to report that she is harassed by a guy named Girish (real name Rajkumar). Police does a midical checkup and checkup reveals that Veena is 2 months pregnant. Lady police (lead played by Ankita Bhargava) files FIR and investigates at Girish's home at Surat. They finds Girish's father is a head constable at Surat and he does not know anything about Girish's profession. Girish's cellphone is now switched off. Police comes back to Vadodara and after reaching they comes to know that Veena has withdrew the FIR. Police still investigates and catches Veena and Girish both.

The investigation now turns towards commercial surrogacy and child trafficking.

Year 2000, Jogeshwari:
Hemangi Kavi plays the role of Rashmi (real name Aarti Tanawade) in the following story. Rashmi gives birth to a baby boy whom her husband names Ashish. Tragically, Ashish falls ill and slips into a coma at the age of three. As Sandip, Ashish's father, is a driver, the family struggles to afford his medical expenses. Sandip becomes increasingly worried about his son's condition and suffers a fatal heart attack. A few weeks later, Ashish also passes away. Rashmi's mother-in-law blames her for these unfortunate events and throws her out of the house. Despite this setback, Rashmi makes use of her culinary skills and starts her own catering service. She also adopts a young girl named Seema and cares for her like a mother.

Year 2008, Surat:
The character of Manju, played by Ekta Tiwari and whose real name is Sheetal Rajput, is not related to Rashmi in any way. She gives birth to a baby boy named Deepak, whose real name is Jignesh. The doctor informs Manju that Deepak was born with only one kidney and will require extra care throughout his life. Despite this, Deepak is a mischievous boy and one day while playing in the colony, he goes missing. Some people report that they saw a woman carrying him away. It turns out that Deepak was abducted as part of a child trafficking operation and taken to Mumbai. Fortunately, Rashmi locates him and takes care of him for two years until his original parents from Gujarat are able to find him and take him back.
