Dushkarm: Mentally ill girl brutally Assulted And Killed (Crime Patrol Dial 100 Episode 6 on 4th nov, 2015)

Baby is a 25 year old girl who is mentally ill and lives with her sister and bother-in-law. Her sister takes good care of her and keeps her like her won child. An evening while playing with other kids, Baby goes missing. Her sister starts worrying and files a missing complain. Police is not able to find anything on initial level.

Next day a man finds a deteriorated dead body at a deserted place when the body is being eaten by dogs. Police reaches and body's postmortem report reveals that this body belongs to Baby. Postmortem reports also reveals that the body was brutally assaulted by more than one person. Doctor is also shocked to find clay pot pieces, beedi and glass inside girl's private part. Police recovers Baby's sweater from the crime scene and start investigation with help of other few clues.

8 year old Asha lives with her parents in Sultanpuri, Delhi. She is from a poor family and goes to a government school. She got abducted by a NGO girl who serves Mid-day-meal to the school. After school observes that a girl is missing, they calls police and police then calls Asha's father.

Police starts investigation and finds many middle men are involved in the Human Trafficking racket who kidnaps minor kids around the country and sends them to a village of Alwar, Rajasthan for prostitution and also to sell them in Gulf countries.

पुलिस रेलवे स्टेशन की फुटेज तलाशना  शुरू करती है तो उसमे दिखता है की प्रिया एक काले कपडे पहने आदमी के साथ है। पुलिस बहुत पता लगाने की कोशिश करती है मगर उस आदमी का कुछ पता नहीं चलता है। एक साल बीतने के बाद प्रिया के माँ-बाप कोर्ट केस फाइल करते हैं और केस मुंबई क्राइम ब्रांच को सौंपा जाता है।

News of mysterious murders are coming from different places of country. Killer is killing ladies in a same manner and looks like a serial killer. He is killing only married women while they are wearing their wedding dress and all these crimes are happening between 7-8 months of gap. All the women dies of Potassium Cyanide and their all ornaments are missing.

Story is based on India's first Lady Serial Killer K. D. Kempanna alias Mallika. She did her first crime during 1999 when she killed a woman outskirt of Bangalore and before she caught in 2007, killed total six women between 1999 and 2007. Her modus operandi was to show herself as a very pious woman which is very well acquainted and religious. She becomes friendly with the victims who belonging to wealthy families. She used to gain their confidence that be following some rituals recommended by her, they will overcome their sufferings. She brings them to some temple of dharmshala which is far from their home. Then during ritualistic worship she would mix potassium cyanide in their drinking water or food. After they dies, they flees with their valuables.

History:
Mallika had a small chit-fund business and was not living with her family and none of her family member was involved in these murders. She used to work as maid at some places and were arrested by police when she tried to rob some jewellery from a home while performing rituals. She was sent to jail for 1 year after this event and this was the reason she was thrown out of her home by her husband.Her husband was a tailor and she is a mother of a son and two daughters. Her one daughter had done diploma in fashion designing while other one was doing MA when she was arrested. Mallika used to change her name after every killing. Her last victim was Bangalore's Nagveni whome she killed during 2007.

A very aged woman goes to near by police station and tells them that her son Kanji's deadbody is hanging on a tree in the village from last 18 years. Cops cant believe this but later they comes to know about a very old dreadful ritual "Mautana" of south-west Rajasthan. When police tries to bring down the dead body, villagers and sarpanch warns them to stay away from their ritual. Sarpanch tells police that Kanji dead body will be allowed to bring down until his all debt is clear who being a drug addicted he took from them. He also tells police that Kanji was not killed but he comitted su!c!de.

एक बूढी औरत गाँव से 70 किलोमीटर दूर पुलिस स्टेशन जाकर बताती की उसके बेटे कांजी की लाश पिछले 18 महीने से गाूँव के एक पेड़ पे लटक रही है। वो पुलिस वालों को मौताणा नाम की प्रथा के बारे में बताती है। पुलिस वाले जब गाँव जाकर कांजी की लाश पेड़ से निचे उतारने की तैयारी करते हैं तो गाँव का सरपंच और भी बहुत से लोग पुलिस को ऐसा नहीं करने देते हैं। वो पुलिस को चेतावनी देते हैं की कांजी की लाश पेड़ से तभी उतारी जायेगी जब उसका मौताणा दिया जाएगा क्यूंकि कांजी एक नशेड़ी था और उसने आत्महत्या कर ली थी।

बंगाल पुलिस मुंबई पुलिस की सहायता से उसी एरिया में राइड डालती है और फिर शुरू होती है बापी और प्रिया को ढूंढने की जद्दोदहत।

Sunil's father has a business of interior designing . His younger son supports him in his work. Sunil recently came back from Mumbai where he was learning acting. He wants to become a superstar and for this he wants some money. So he makes a plan to kidnap someone and get ransom on his behalf. He takes his friend Atul's help in this.

Near about two years he left Delhi and went to Mumbai where he learned Acting in an expensive institute. His father never wanted Sunil will go to Mumbai and he wanted him to learn his business like his younger brother. Somehow he allows Sunil to go to Mumbai. In Mumbai he joins a acting institute and meets Priya (played by Shriya Popat) who came from Indore to learn Acting. They come closer and start liking each other. After their acting course is completed, they are waiting for a breakthrough. Priya is getting small budget ads but Sunil is unable to get anything. Sunil has given a number of auditions and creates a new portfolio but does not get any opportunity. His father is still asking him to come to Delhi and take care of his business.

Now Sunil is no more asking for any economic help from his father but he wants money to restart his acting struggle. He plans to come to Delhi and join theaters. He convinces Priya also to come to Delhi.

They both come to Delhi and Sunil manages a flat for Priya with the help of a friend. Now Sunil plans to kidnap some kid for a big ransom. First, he plans to kidnap one of his relative's son but later he drops that idea and plans to kidnap one of Delhi's biggest and reputed Confectioner's 13-year-old kid.
