Crime Patrol | Case 48/2017: UP Shocker, Su!c!de or Murder? Four siblings killed in 7 years (Episode 830, 831 on 15, 16 July 2017)

Based on duo brother's murder case in Jhansi, Uttar pradesh.

Hailing from Baruasagar, Anil Pateria killed Deepak on September 11 2016 and threw his body in a canal. Police registered that case a accidental death. Sanjay, a cousin of Deepak was suspicios about Deepak's murder ad when he questioned Sanjay, Sanjay now hatched a plan to finish him as well. He took help of his brother-in-law Raju and killed Sanjay. According to police, a lady named Sudha Sharma accompanied them was also involve in these murders. Police also revealed that Anil also murdered Sanjay's wife in 2009 and his brother-in-law in 2011.

Mohan Jaiswal is the only son of mother Pushpa who was found hanging at a desolated place and was spotted by his friends. It is looking like a su!c!de case but police also find some used glasses of alcohol which is looking suspicious. On investigating the case, the police come to know that this unfortunate family already have gone through two deaths of Neeta and Arvind in 2009 and 2011 who were Mohan's cousins and now his sudden death is also looking suspicious.

Mohan was five siblings and as per police records, this was third death but they get a shock when Mohan's mother tells them that Neeta-Arvind's brother Prateek was also found dead just a month before and it was a case of accidental death! When the police start investigating their call records, they come to know that Neeta's husband Rakesh Jaiswal, Prateek, and his another cousin Rahul they all were connected to a woman Kamini who was Prateek's maternal cousin's wife. Now police call Kamini and her husband Mukesh for questioning.

46-year-old Durga Devi lives with her son who is a taxi driver. A midnight Durga gets killed by another taxi driver Satish who was a friend of Durga's son. Her neighbors hear her voice and rush to her but she already has passed away due to excess of bleeding. Police start their investigation as they come to know Satish is the assailant however they are not able to understand the motive behind this murder.

They call us his son back to Delhi from his hometown Bihar but he also tells police that he is not sure why Satish killed his mother.

46 वर्ष की दुर्गा देवी अपने बेटे के साथ रहती है जो की टैक्सी चलाता है। एक रात दुर्गा देवी को एक अन्य टैक्सी ड्राइवर सतीश मार डालता है जो की दुर्गा के बेटे का दोस्त है। जब वो उसको मार रहा है तब आस-पास के लोग उसके चिल्लाने की आवाज़ सुनते हैं मगर उनके वहां पहुंचने तक दुर्गा देवी की अत्यधिक खून बह जाने की वजह से मृत्यु हो जाती है।

पुलिस को भी ये समझ आ जाता है की ये हत्या सतीश ने ही की है मगर उनको इसके पीछे की वजह नहीं समझ आ रही है। पुलिस दुर्गा देवी के बेटे को उसके घर बिहार से यहाँ दिल्ली बुलाती है मगर उसको भी इस बात का ज़रा भी अंदाज़ा नहीं है की सतीश ने उसकी माँ को क्यों मारा होगा।

Crime Patrol | Case 46/2017: Engineering students double murder at Lonavala (Episode 829, 830 on 8th, 9th July, 2017)

This story is based on a gruesome double murder reported in Lonavala on 3rd Apr this year. Police found their stripped dead bodies at S-Point location in the forest area. The couple was recognized as Sarthak Wagchore and Shruti Dumbre who were doing their final year of engineering at Singhad Institute of Technology in Lonavala. Shruti's hands were tied on the back and mouth was stuffed with cloth. Both had major injuries at their head and back. Cops where assuming of having more than one person's involvement in this case and they registered the case under IPC Section 302 against unknown assailants.
इसी साल 3 अप्रैल को लोनावला के टाइगर पॉइंट पर आईएनएस शिवाजी और एयरफोर्स स्टेशन के बीच सिहाँ-गढ़ इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज के दो स्टूडेंट्स की लाशें मिली थी। ये लाशें 22 साल के सार्थक वाघचौरे और 21 साल की श्रुति डुंबरे की थी। पुलिस के अनुसार इनकी हत्या रविवार शाम साढ़े सात और सोमवार की रात 2 बजे के बीच की गई थी। हमलावरों ने सार्थक और श्रुति को बुरी तरह से पीटा था और फिर दोनों के कपडे उतार कर दोनों को फारेस्ट एरिया में फेक दिया था। लड़की के हाथों को पीछे कमर में बाँध दिया था और मुँह में कपडा ठूस कर मुँह बंद कर दिया था। इनके सर और पीठ में गहरे घाव के निशान थे। पुलिस का ये भी मानना था की इस हत्याकांड के पीछे एक से ज़्यादा लोगों का हाथ है। इसके बाद पुलिस ने अज्ञात हमलावरों के खिलाफ आई पी सी की धरा 302 के तहत हत्या का केस दर्ज किया था।

Another couple Kabeer and Sheetal live on the upper floor so this couple goes to meet them and ask them how this smell is coming, but their flat is closed. They find something suspicious and calls the police. When the police come, they find a dead body is floating inside the water tank. Police collect this couple's contacts and call their maternal uncle.

The evening he was leaving his home, he told his wife that he has his flight to Mumbai but now his phone is switched off and none of the family members is able to trace him. Salim's wife Nisha and son Tanveer files his missing complaint at the police station and through Salim Sheikh's passport records they come to know that he never boarded any flight to Mumbai.

During the primary investigation, they come to know that Salim never had any conflict with him who can kidnap him. They also question his elder brother about his missing once they come to know that Salim's wife Nisha was having conflicts with her elder sister-in-law.

ताजगंज से 17 मई से लापता बताए जा रहे जूता कारोबारी हाजी मुईन उम्र 50 की उसी रात हत्या कर दी गई थी। उनका शव सूटकेस में बंद कर 18 की सुबह चार बजे एत्मादपुर के तालाब में फेंका गया था। उनका शव पुलिस को बरामद होने के बाद उनकी फोटो को अख़बार में छपा गया था और उनका फोटो देखकर एत्मादपुर के लोगों ने उनके परिवारीजनों को सूचना दी। इसके बाद शव का फोटो और बरामद कपड़े देखे तो शनाख्त हो गई।

Brick kiln owner Ranjan Chauhan is a wealthy and strong man who lives with her wife and his son Sooraj Chauhan is a medical student who lives in a college hostel. Ranjan Chauhan suggests Sooraj leave the medical line, come back home and take charge of his father's business who is already running well. As his father's request, Sooraj leaves his medical college life and comes back to home and start learning and taking care of his business.

On the other hand in Allahabad Kajal is trying to get admission into a college for further studies. Kajal lives with her younger brother at her maternal uncle's home. Years before her parents were passed away in an accident till then her uncle is taking care of siblings.

Time goes on and somehow Kajal gets marry to Sooraj. Sooraj's family does not put any demand on Kajal's family and now they both have a kid also.

In 2015 Sooraj's father Ranjan Chauhan had a fight with another contractor Shukla of the same area. He warns him to take some money and leave the contract but Shukla denies it. In anger, Ranjan Chauhan Shoots him dead. After the incident Ranjan and his two other companions are absconding but finally, police arrest them. Ranjan tries to negotiate with the police officer but he puts him behind the bar with a strong charge sheet.

Here Sooraj is scared of being killed by Shukla's sons who must come and take revenge for their father's murder. A day when Sooraj comes back from a restaurant with her wife Kajal, three assailants enter the vicinity and start firing at the couple. Kajal dies on the spot while Sooraj is badly injured.

Now police arrest Shukla's son in the murder case of Kajal.
