May, 2017, Guna - Madhyapradesh
A tale unfolds among a group of five teenage friends, with Akshay being one
among them, who mysteriously vanishes while heading out to purchase a
second-hand bike. Despite being handed thirty thousand rupees by his father
for the purchase, he never returns, prompting his worried parents to file a
missing complaint after a day elapses. The police initiate inquiries, focusing
first on Jatin and Vishal, friends with whom Akshay was planning to buy the
bike.
Six days into his disappearance, Akshay's father receives a ransom call from his missing son's phone.
This narrative delves into a triple murder case in Guna, Madhya Pradesh. Hemant Meena, assuming the role of Akshay, is the son of an officer in the irrigation department. Hemant, a ninth-grade student, abandoned his studies after failing, being the sole surviving child after the demise of his siblings. Similarly, Lokesh Lodha halted his education after tenth grade due to being the sole breadwinner for a family with a father battling cancer, sustaining them through daily labor. Ritik Namdeo, also a tenth-grade pass, is involved, along with the primary accused, Honey Dubey, who shares the same academic background.
