2006 से पहले किसी ने शायद ही कभी निठारी गाँव का नाम सुना हो. मैंने भी नहीं सुना था. मगर 2006 ने निठारी में जो कुछ हुआ उसके बाद से निठारी शब्द ही एक सनसनी सी मचा जाता है. निठारी नॉएडा या गौतम बुद्ध नगर का एक छोटा सा गाँव है जो की नॉएडा के सेक्टर 31 से बिलकुल लगा हुआ है. इसी सेक्टर 31 के बंगला नंबर डी-5 में हुए वीभत्स हादसों की वजह से निठारी गाँव को एक अलग ही पहचान मिल गई. एक ऐसी पहचान जो सदियों तक चाह कर भी भुलाई न जा सकेगी. 2006 के हादसे ही निठारी की पहचान नहीं हैं, इससे दस साल पहले भी निठारी का नाम मीडिया में आया था मगर तब मीडिया की पहुच उतनी ज्यादा नहीं थी की हर आदमी तक वो खबर पहुच पाए. दस साल पहले निठारी में नकली शराब के व्यापार ने दर्जन भर लोगों की जाने ली थी. मृतकों के परिजनों को वो हादसे अब भी याद हैं, मगर अब निठारी शब्द ज़हन में आते ही छोटे मासूम बच्चों की चीख पुकार सुने देती है. आँखों के सामने खौफनाक दृश्य चमक उठता है की किस तरह से उन दो दरिंदों ने मासूमो को कुकर्म करने के बाद मौत के घाट उतारा होगा और उनकी कटी फटी लाशों को नाले में बहा दिया होगा.

Maharashtra police encounter a case of a serial killer. An unidentified man whose modus-operandi is weird. The last year 2017 they find a female dead body on Nashik outskirts area. The deceased is unknown to everyone which is a blind murder case for police for now. Police also find some identification documents in the woman's purse and these documents belong to a man. Police's first suspect could be this man but they also think that why a murdered will leave his identification documents on the crime spot!!

A journalist who is covering the incident tells police that she encountered with a similar case in 2014 in Madgoan - Goa. In that case, also the woman was killed in the same manner and that crime spot also had similar documents that were belonging to an unknown person but when police tracked that person and asked her about this murder, he told police that he never been in Madgaon and the documents police found were stolen from him sometime back when he was traveling in a train.

On the other hand, Serial Killer is about to join a construction site in Pune as a labor contractor. He introduced himself as Jagdish Mane and tells that he came from Mumbai. He dislikes Mumbai because of pollution, noise and traffic, etc.

Police take a psycho specialist Rachna's help in tracking the culprit. She suggests police that this person is obsessed with sex and his motive behind all these murders is only sex. She also suggests police that between 2014 to 2017 he must have committed a few more similar murders. She gives some tips to police about his behavior and police activates their informers for this.

Informers start looking for similar personality in the red light area and finally finds a clue about a man who has similar behavior. On the other hand, Dr. Rachna also tracks some records and comes up with a photograph of a man. This man is Kamlesh who went missing 2 days after his sister-in-law went missing. Kamlesh is married to Pallavi who fell in love with him in a construction site and later they got married.

Now when police ask their informer to go and match Kamlesh's photo with that person, that sex worker identified him.

Death is a truth but when it comes before time, it creates chaos in the society. Model Jessica Lal was shot dead during the mid night of 29th April 1999. Reason! She denied serving liquor to a man. Who killed her! That was Manu Sharma, son of then Congress MP from Haryana "Vinod Sharma" who was the main reason behind delayed justice of the case. It took nine-year, a series of trials and the court acquitted Manu Sharma on Feb 2006.

6th May 1999: Manu Sharma surrendered before Chandighar court. UP's politician's son Vikas Yadav and the other 10 suspects also arrested.

3rd Aug 1999: Chargesheet filed against all accused under multiple sections of IPC

23rd Nov 2000: The Session court imposed charges on nine people. 10th accused Amit Jhingan was acquitted while Ravinder aka Titu was declared as fugitive.

3rd May 2001: Eyewitness Sham Munshi denied to identify Manu even he was present there at the time of the murder. He also said that he does not know Hindi and can't speak in Hindi.

3rd Mat 2001: Electrician and eyewitness Shiv Das also changed their statements.

6th July 2001: Malini Ramani, daughter of Beena Ramani identified Manu Sharma.

16th May 2001: Third main witness also changed his statement.

12th Oct, 2001: Restaurant and bar owner Been Ramani identified Manu Sharma:

17th Oct 2001: Beena's canadian husband George Mehlor registered his statement and identified Manu.

20th July 2004: Enquiry officer Surinder Sharma registered his statement.

21st Feb, 2001: In lack of evidence, lower court acquitted all nine suspect.

20th Dec 2006: High court gave life imprisonment to Manu Sharma also fined him with 50,000 rupees. Amardeep Singh Gil and Vikas Yadav also sent to jail for four years with a fine of 3000 each.

13th March, 2006: Delhi police went to high court against the order.

3rd Oct, 2006: Jessica Lal's case was put on fast-track

18th Dec 2006: Manu Sharma, Vikas Yadav and Amardeep Gil aka Tony were found guilty by the high court while Alok Khanna, Vikas Gil, Harvinder Singh Chopra, Raja Chopra, Shyamsundar Sharma and Yograj Singh were acquitted.

A massive protest was going on over the Capital of India. People were protesting on India Gate.

2nd Feb, 2007: Manu Sharma filed appeal on Supreme Court

8th March 2007: Supreme court accepted Manu Sharma's appeal.

27th Nov, 2007: Supreme court rejected Manu's appeal for bail.

12 may, 2008: Supreme court again rejected Manu's appeal for bail.

Priyadarshini Mattoo,a 25-year-old law student, pursuing her LLB degree at Delhi University, was murdered. At the time of the tragedy, she was in her final year of law school. She was brutally raped, beaten with a motorcycle helmet, and strangled with a wire. The main suspect in her murder was Santosh Kumar Singh, who had been stalking and harassing the victim for a prolonged period. Santosh was a senior in the same college and belonged to a well-connected family. His father, J.P. Singh, served as the Inspector General of Police in J&K state and as the Joint Commissioner of Police in Delhi during the court trial.

Priyadarshini, a 25-year-old law (LLB) student at Delhi University, had reported Santosh Singh's harassment to the police multiple times and was granted security. Santosh's defense was that Priyadarshini was pursuing two degrees at the same time, but this turned out to be a false claim.

January 23, 1996:

Despite receiving police protection, Santosh continued to stalk Priyadarshini. He knew when she was alone and took advantage of this. On the day when her security guard was not present, he went to her uncle's home in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, where she was staying and convinced her to let him in to discuss a compromise regarding the case against him. Once inside, he violently assaulted and raped her, also strike her face using his helmet.

Mahima Mistry is a responsible employee at the government's PWD department who lives alone on rented accommodation. A day when she is absent at her office, her colleagues are surprised because she always shares with them if she has to take leave.

On the other hand the same morning, a rag-picker of that area finds doors of Mahima's home is closed. Something unusual strikes in his mind when he finds the same situation the next day also. He tries to look inside the window and finds Mahima is lying on the floor. Immediately he informs this to other colony members and police is called.

Police find Mahima dead. The primary investigation is saying that she was strangulated. The body is sent to the postmortem. The police do not find anything missing from her home. Her jewelry and money are not stolen, so the murderer did not come to rob her home but came to kill her only for some reason.

More investigation tells that Mahima was a divorcee. She divorced her husband just after a few months of her marriage and its been seven years now. Police also comes to know that Mahima used to give a loan on lower interest to her known people. In fact, she was not paying any rent as her landlord Laxman had also taken a big amount from her and is paying interest every month. Later police come to know that Mahima has given the loan to a few more people in her office as well as in her locality.

This information is awkward for police because a woman who was earning near 22,000/- salary per month, not belonging to any big family, not having any property, etc was having so much money to give loan!

Police gets another shock when they find a Pendrive containing few obscene video shot by Mahima itself. Now the police are confident that on behalf of these videos Mahima must be blackmailing some people who killed her.

The incident was reported on 3 October 2016 when 65-year-old Babulal (shown as Jaswant Singh and Played by Pankaj Kalra), a resident of village Gulabad, went to sleep on the fields with a friend Dharamlal, a resident of the village on the night of 3 October. The next morning, Babulal was found dead on the terrace of a cellar in the fields. Babulal's throat was stitched with a sharp weapon after tying it with a cot. His partner Dharamlal was also found in a state of unconsciousness on the bed.
During the investigation, Dharampal told the in-charge of Crime Investigation Branch Hodal Abbas Khan that he was fed by a woman named Aarti (shown as Simran Arya and played by Devika Sharma) with some intoxicating substance in the juice. He was accompanied by a man named Pradeep.

घटना 3 अक्टूबर 2016 की है जब पलवल के एक गांव गुलावड़ का रहने वाला 65 वर्षीय बाबूलाल तीन अक्टूबर की रात गांव निवासी धर्मलाल के साथ खेतों पर सोने के लिए गया हुआ था। अगले दिन सुबह बाबूलाल खेतों में बने एक कोठरी की छत पर मृत अवस्था में मिला। उसको चारपाई से बाँध कर गला किसी तेजधार हथियार से रेता गया था। उसका साथी धर्मलाल भी नीचे चारपाई पर बेहोशी की अवस्था में मिला था।

55-year-old accountant Vaibhav Pawar was found killed in his room inside office premises. That night when the caretaker of the office woke up in midnight, he found a lock of the shutter is opened. Then he observed that all three respective locks are opened. He immediately calls store manager Rahul Purohit and when he comes, he finds Vaibhav Pawar dead in a pool of blood. The place where he is lying, "Rahul" is written on the wall with blood. Police come and first, they take Vaibhav and the caretaker into their custody.

Few employees of the office tell that Vaibhav Pawar was having an affair with another employee Mohini. Mohini is a divorcee and since Vaibhav Powar got injured, she was taking full care of her in the office.

Investigating more police comes to know that there is one more employee of the same name "Vaibhav" is there and his full name is "Rahul Kulkarni" who is absconding since Vaibhav Pawar killed.

पुलिस हिना को पूछताछ के लिए बुलाती है. हिना बहुत ही अक्खड स्वभाव की लड़की है जो कि अपनी माँ के साथ ही हमेशा पुलिस के पास आती है. वो पुलिस को अनमने ढंग से जवाब देती है और जाँच में ठीक से सहयोग नहीं करती है.

However, with the help of one of his companions, he kills the deceased, who is also named Imran. After the murder, he writes on the wall, "You are what you are, you cannot be me". The story begins with an encounter in a hotel in Ghaziabad, in which a gangster named Santosh Singh Solanki (played by Gyanendra Tripathi) is killed. Santosh Solanki was a talented student who aspired to become a lawyer. His elder brother, Mandeep, and father, Ramavatar, both worked in the police department.

One day, Santosh gets into a fight with a gangster named Lokendra, who attacks him with a knife. Lokendra wants to grab a piece of land belonging to Santosh's family, and as a result, he had previously arranged for the killing of Santosh's younger brother. After the attack on Santosh, Lokendra goes into hiding.

Santosh recovers after two months, but his family is still living in fear. He decides to take matters into his own hands and eventually kills Lokendra. After taking revenge, Santosh enters the world of crime himself.

Santosh's stature grows day by day, and one day he meets a girl named Dolly Saxena (played by Diya Makhija), who aspires to become an actress. In a short time, Dolly becomes Santosh's girlfriend, and on the day of Santosh's encounter, she is with him.

The news of Santosh's encounter creates a sensation in the police department, and the administration begins to suspect that the encounter was staged.

The story is based on the fake encounter of a criminal named Sandeep Gadoli in Gurgaon. Sandeep Gadoli was the leader of the Gadoli gang, notorious for crimes such as robbery, land grabbing, and contract killings. Sandeep's name came into the spotlight when he was encountered by the Gurgaon Police in a hotel in Mumbai. The police claimed that he had been hiding in Mumbai after committing various crimes in Haryana.

6 मार्च 2017 की शाम हरिद्वार की निर्मल छावनी अचानक गोलियों की तदतड़ाहट से गूँज उठी. कम्बल व्यापारी अमित दीक्षित उर्फ़ गोल्डी की हत्या का सीन चीख़ चीख़ कर बयान कर रहा था की ये हत्या बहुत ही सधे तरीक़े से की गई है. ज़ाहिर था की हत्यारे बहुत ही प्रफ़ेशनल थे और वो अपने मक़सद में कामयाब रहे. कालोनी की मेन रोड पर दुस्साहसिक तरीक़े से ये हत्यारे वारदात को अंजाम देकर भागने में कामयाब रहे.

अमित दीक्षित अक्सर शाम को अपने घर चाय पीने के लिए आते थे इससे ये तो साफ़ था की बदमाशों ने पहले तो उनकी रेकी की और फिर मौक़ा मिलते ही वारदात को अंजाम दे दिया. उनके घर से निकालने पर सम्भवतः इन लोगों ने अमित दीक्षित को पहले रोका था और फिर गोली मारी थी क्यूँकि जब तक पुलिस पहुँची तो उनकी स्कूटी स्टार्ट ही थी. कुछ लोगों का कहना था की शूटर्ज़ 3 थे और वो कालोनी के पीछे कुछ देर पहले टहल रहे थे. अमित दीक्षित पर 32 बोर की पिस्टल से 5 गोलियाँ चलाई गई थी. 2 गोली उनके सीने में और एक गोली सिर पर लगी थी. सिर पर गोली लगने के बाद जब अमित ने खंबा पकड़ कर उठने की कोशिश करी तो उनलोगों ने फिर से अंधाधुँध फ़ायरिंग करी.

इसी गोलीबारी के बीच उनके एक हाथ के अंगूठे को भी एक गोली ने चीर दिया था और अँगूठा करीब-क़रीब ग़ायब हो गया था. जिस किसी ने भी अमित दीक्षित की हत्या के बारे में सुना वो ज़िला अस्पताल पहूचा था जिससे कि अस्पताल में लोगों का हुजूम उमड़ पड़ा था.

धनंजय चौधरी रेजिस्ट्रार ऑफ़िस में एक सीनियर ऑफ़िसर है. एक शाम वो अपनी पत्नी को फ़ोन कर के बोलता है की उसकी जान ख़तरे में है और वो बहुत घबराया हुआ है. उसके बाद उसका फ़ोन ऑफ़ हो जाता है और अगले 2 दिन तक उसका कोई पता ना मिलने के बाद उसकी पत्नी आरती पुलिस में उसकी मिसिंग कम्प्लेंट लिखवती है. वो ये भी बताती है की धनंजय अपने बॉस रंजित चौहान से बहुत परेशान था क्यूँकि वो हर दिन उसको परेशान कर रहा था. आरती का कहना है की रंजित एक घूसखोर ऑफ़िसर है और उसका पर्दा ना फ़ाश हो जाए इसलिए रंजित ने धनंजय को ग़ायब करवा दिया है.

जल्दी ही पूरा मामला मीडिया में तूल पकड़ लेता है और मीडिया के अनुसार धनंजय एक करप्ट ऑफ़िस के ख़िलाफ़ एक विसलब्लोअर था तभी उसको ग़ायब करवा दिया गया है और दूसरी तरफ़ रंजित और धनंजय के कुछ पुराने बॉस ये कह रहे हैं की धनंजय एक धूसख़ोर कर्मचारी था और उसके ख़िलाफ़ एक पुलिस एंक्वरी भी चल रही है और उसी से बचने के लिए उसने ये सारा प्लान बनाया है.

मयूर और स्वाती एक ही गाँव में रहते हैं. मयूर एक ऊँची जाति का है जब की स्वाती निचली जाति की. दोनो बचपन से एक दूसरे से साथ पढ़े हैं जिसकी वजह से दोनो ही एक दूसरे को चाहते हैं. दोनो ही जब 17 से 18 साल की उम्र के बीच है तो घर से भागने का फ़ैसला करते हैं. उनका सोचना है की वो कोर्ट जाकर शादी कर लेंगे और फिर घर लौट आएँगे.

घर से भागने के बाद दोनो के परिवारों में उथल-पुथल शुरू हो जाती है और दोनो के परिवार पुलिस का ना बता कर ख़ुद दोनो को ढूँढने के प्रयास करते हैं. इधर मयूर और स्वाती कोर्ट के एक वक़ील ने मिलते हैं जो उनको बताता है की उन दोनो की शादी नहीं हो सकती क्यूँकि दोनो ही अभी नाबालिग़ है और बालिग़ होने के अलावा मयूर जब तक 21 साल का नहीं हो जाता तब तक वो शादी नहीं कर सकता. दोनो ही निराश हो जाते हैं और फिर उनके परिवार वाले उन दोनो को ढूँढ भी लेते हैं.

घर पहचने के बाद दोनो के बाप उनकी बहुत पिटाई करते हैं और मयूर को शहर से बाहर उसके मामा के यहाँ काम नौकरी करने के लिए भेज देते हैं. इधर स्वाती का पिता उसकी शादी तय करने में लग जाता है मगर जब-जब उसकी शादी तक की जाती है, लड़के वालों को पता चल जाता है की स्वाती 5 दिन के लिए घर से भाग गई थी. डेढ़ साल बीत जाते हैं और आख़िरकार पोरबन्दर का एक परिवार स्वाती को पसंद करता है और असलियत जान्ने के बाद भी उनका लड़का अजय कुमार स्वाती से शादी करने को राज़ी हो जाता है.

दोनो की शादी हो जाती है और दोनो साथ में रहने लगते हैं. दोनो को साथ रहते 3-4 महीने बीत चुके हैं मगर एक दिन अचानक स्वाती ग़ायब हो जाती है और फिर उसकी लाश एक दोस्सरे शहर में पेड़ से लटकी मिलती है.

Mayur and Swati live in the same village. Mayur comes from an upper-caste family while Swati belongs to a lower caste. Both have studied with each other since childhood, due to which both start loving each other. When both are between 17 and 18 years of age, they decide to run away from home. They think that they will go to court and get married and then come back home.

Shalini (played by Neetu Pandey), Minakshi (played by Geetanjali Mishra), Sunita (played by Melanie Nazareth) and Priyanka (played by Kaushambi Bhatt) are real sisters. Shalini is eldest among them and Priyanka is the youngest. Minakshi is younger than Shalini, has not married. The police find Minakshi's corpse on the roadside in the fields. Postmortem report reveals that she was brutally raped and killed with a sharp knife.

Initially, Minakshi's body is not identified but then her youngest brother-in-law identifies her with a message forwarded on her mobile. All the sisters reach the station and tell that Meenakshi was the most responsible member of the house and she got everyone married too but did not marry herself. He also built the entire house on her own.

Vaishali (played by Bhakti Rathod), a close friend of Minakshi tells the police that Minakshi had an affair with her younger sister's husband Rajiv (played by Rajeev Bharadwaj).

If the girls try to escape from there, then Salma punishes them hard, so no one tries to escape from there.

Sanjay (played by Nikhil Pandey) is a truck driver who often comes to meet Chanda and gradually falls in love with her. He wants to marry Chanda and for that he plans to drive Chanda away from there.

चंदा एक से*स वर्कर है जो की सलमा के यहाँ काम करती है. उसके अलावा और भी कई लड़कियाँ हैं मगर चंदा पढ़ी-लिखी है और थोड़ी इंग्लिश भी बोल लेती है. वो जहाँ काम करती है वहाँ का माहौल बहुत सख़्त है. अगर वहाँ से लड़कियाँ भागने की कोशिश करती हैं तो सलमा उनको कड़ी सज़ा देती है इसलिए कोई भी वहाँ से भागने की कोशिश नहीं करता.

संजय एक ट्रक ड्राइवर है जो की अक्सर चंदा से मिलने आता रहता है और धीरे धीरे चंदा से प्यार करने लगता है. वो चंदा से शादी करना चाहता है और उसके लिए वो चंदा को वहाँ से भगाने का प्लान बनाता है.
