Geetanjali has been portraying various characters in multiple TV serials for a prolonged period and has successfully established herself as a talented and renowned TV actress. Few TV Serials played by her are Maayke Se Bandhi Dor, Ranbir Rano, Jaaye Kahan, Sohni Mahiwal, Matti ki Banno, Jai Maa Vaishno Devi, Crime Patrol, Kabhi to Mil ke Sab Bolo etc and Geetanjali still wants to play more TV serials rather than movies.

You can see her playing Maithili Jia in Rangrasiya on Colors. Geetanjali is most proud of being recognized for her role in Crime Patrol. She says, “Despite having acted in popular shows like Mati ki Banno, Pammi Pyarelal, Sangam, Mayke Se Bandhi Dor, Ranbir Rano, Savdhaan India, and Phir Subah Hogi, people call me the Crime Patrol Girl.” Geetanjali is one of the “HOT TRP” of Crime Patrol. All the lead roles played by her are milestones. Her most admire act is in Kolkata case in which she played role of Rita Gomez. Other than this she has played several roles in the series.
Recently she did a role in Abhishek Bachchan, Pankaj Tripathi and Rajkumar Rao starer LUDO.
